Adele is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian.

She is an associate with Simran Grover – My Specialist Dietitian, a team of dietitians who provide specialised services in diet and lifestyle for clients with complex diseases. 

Adele graduated with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney.

She has experience working with clients with a wide range of health conditions, including Renal nutrition, Diabetes, Heart health, FODMAP/GIT disorders, and those seeking specialist approach to weight management or guidance for nutrition education. 

Adele is passionate about helping individuals make positive changes to their diet and lifestyle to improve their health and well-being.

She believes in a personalised approach to nutrition counseling, taking into account each individual’s unique needs and goals. In addition to their work as a dietitian, Adele is involved in research and she is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and dietetics to provide the best possible care to their patients. She also speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.
